Terms of Service

Service terms for local plugins and optional cloud workflows

Effective date: June 1, 2026. These terms govern use of Web Plura public pages, WordPress plugin workflows, cloud account services, subscriptions, reports, and support channels.

Important distinction

Web Plura separates WordPress plugin capability from paid cloud capability. A feature shown in a plugin does not mean every cloud workflow is included without activation, entitlement, or subscription.

Agreement

Acceptance and related policies

By using Web Plura services, creating an account, connecting a plugin to cloud services, or using product workflows, you agree to these terms and referenced policies.

Related documents

The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Service Level Agreement, and Responsible Disclosure policy may apply depending on your account, product, and workflow.

If terms conflict

A signed customer agreement or product-specific order form may control for that customer where it expressly conflicts with these public terms. Otherwise, these public terms apply.

Service Model

What each Web Plura surface is responsible for

Public website

Public pages, SiteCheck entry points, documentation, pricing pages, contact forms, and legal resources are provided for evaluation and communication.

WordPress plugins

Plugins act as local site agents inside WordPress admin. They must use WordPress-safe admin flows and must not collect cloud account passwords.

Cloud services

Cloud services provide hosted authentication, subscriptions, entitlements, reports, durable workflow state, billing, support, and product-scoped operations.

Customer Responsibilities

Responsible use of accounts, scans, reports, and site workflows

Web Plura tools can affect security, backups, reports, and operational decisions. Customers are responsible for authorized and careful use.

  • Use scans, reports, backup/restore, and account features only for sites and systems you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Keep account credentials, WordPress admin access, recovery codes, API tokens, and site connection material secure.
  • Review product-specific disclosures before enabling cloud workflows or transmitting sensitive operational data.
  • Do not use Web Plura to attack, overload, scrape, disrupt, or probe unrelated third-party systems.
  • Comply with applicable law, WordPress.org expectations, and any product-specific plan or entitlement boundaries.
  • Keep independent backups, security controls, business continuity plans, and qualified technical support for your own website or business.

Commercial Terms

Free local capability, paid cloud capability, and subscriptions are separate

Plan eligibility, subscriptions, account billing, renewal behavior, cancellation, refunds, and cloud entitlement are handled in cloud account workflows or signed customer agreements.

Free plugin baseline

Some products include local plugin behavior that can operate without a paid cloud subscription. That local capability is described by product.

Paid cloud workflows

Cloud features may require activation, entitlement checks, payment status, usage limits, and customer account permissions.

No hidden password handoff

WordPress plugin admin pages must not collect cloud account passwords. Cloud login and registration happen through hosted cloud-auth surfaces.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No money-back guarantee; limited service-failure refunds only

Subscriptions may be cancelled for future renewal. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where law requires a refund or Web Plura confirms it cannot provide the purchased paid service.

  • Paid plans are subscriptions unless the checkout or order form says otherwise.
  • A subscription can be cancelled for future renewal, but cancellation does not create a refund, credit, chargeback right, or money-back guarantee for amounts already paid.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or where Web Plura determines that Web Plura cannot provide the purchased paid service after reasonable verification.
  • If a refund is approved because Web Plura cannot provide the purchased service, the refund may be limited to the affected paid service period or unused service portion, depending on the facts and payment processor rules.
  • Customer-side setup problems, unsupported hosting, plugin conflicts, abandoned onboarding, incorrect purchases, change of mind, lack of use, business loss, or expectation mismatch do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • Taxes, processor fees, foreign exchange differences, bank fees, domain/third-party charges, and similar external costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Support Boundaries

Web Plura provides limited product support, not unlimited managed service

Customers should not expect large-company service coverage, emergency managed support, or unlimited custom help unless a written paid agreement says so.

Web Plura is operated as a small independent product, not a large managed-service provider or outsourced WordPress maintenance team.

Support is limited to reasonable product questions, account access, billing questions, security reports, and product defects related to Web Plura services.

Support does not include unlimited customization, full site repair, emergency incident response, hosting administration, malware cleanup, custom development, third-party plugin debugging, SEO work, legal advice, tax advice, or business consulting unless a written paid agreement says so.

Web Plura may decline, limit, pause, or close support requests that are abusive, repetitive, outside product scope, missing required evidence, unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable for a small independent service.

Customers remain responsible for their WordPress site, hosting, backups, access control, compliance, payment provider configuration, business decisions, and customer relationships.

Website Terms of Use

Public content is for evaluation, not a professional-service promise

Use public pages, documentation, pricing, product descriptions, and policy pages responsibly and verify product fit before purchasing.

  • Public website content is provided for product evaluation and general information. It is not professional legal, financial, security, tax, business, or compliance advice.
  • You may not copy, scrape, resell, misrepresent, or misuse Web Plura website content, product names, pricing pages, legal pages, or support materials.
  • Public descriptions may change as plugins, cloud services, pricing, or operational limits change. The active checkout, account, plugin, and customer portal terms control the service you buy or use.
  • Web Plura may correct errors, remove outdated content, change product packaging, or discontinue public website functionality where needed.

Limitations

Security, backup, diagnostics, and revenue workflows have practical limits

No absolute guarantee

Web Plura products are designed to improve visibility, response, governance, and operational readiness. They do not guarantee prevention, detection, remediation, backup success, restore success, revenue recovery, uninterrupted service, or elimination of all incidents.

As-is and as-available

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, public pages, plugin software, and cloud services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, except where a signed agreement or applicable law states otherwise.

Product Annexes

Product-specific terms notes

  • Paid cloud features are product-scoped, entitlement-controlled, and account-governed.
