Refund Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled, but paid fees are generally non-refundable
Effective date: June 23, 2026. Web Plura is a small independent product. Customers should verify fit before purchase because refunds are limited.
Plain-language summary
You can cancel future renewal, but you should not buy expecting a refund. A refund is considered only when required by law or when Web Plura cannot provide the paid service that was purchased.
Policy
No money-back guarantee
This refund policy is intentionally strict so product pricing remains predictable and support requests stay focused on real service issues.
- Web Plura does not offer a general money-back guarantee, free trial refund promise, satisfaction guarantee, or change-of-mind refund.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal where the billing system allows it, but it does not refund money already paid.
- A refund may be considered only where applicable law requires it or where Web Plura verifies that Web Plura cannot provide the purchased paid service.
- Unsupported hosting, third-party plugin conflicts, customer setup problems, abandoned onboarding, lack of use, wrong purchase, expectation mismatch, or a business decision to stop using the product do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Approved refunds may be limited to the affected service period or unused service portion and may exclude taxes, processor fees, bank fees, currency conversion differences, and third-party charges where legally allowed.
Before You Buy
Customer responsibility before subscription
Web Plura does not promise to become your hosting administrator, WordPress repair service, emergency response team, or business consultant.
Confirm that you control the WordPress site, hosting account, billing account, and third-party services needed for the product.
Use the free WordPress.org plugin first where available to confirm whether the basic product workflow fits your site.
Ask pre-sales or support questions before buying if you are unsure about hosting, WooCommerce, backup, security, reports, social publishing, restaurant operations, or cloud entitlement.
