Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed under clear subscription rules
Effective date: July 11, 2026. Customers should verify product fit before purchase because paid subscriptions and unused subscription time are generally non-refundable after access is delivered except as described here, handled by the payment provider, or required by law.
Plain-language summary
You can cancel future renewal, but cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. For payment-provider-processed payments, approved refunds are handled through the payment provider to the same payment method where possible. Send refund questions to support@wplura.com.
Policy
Refund eligibility
This policy explains when Web Plura reviews a refund request and how payment-provider-processed payments are handled.
- Paid subscriptions and unused portions of a current billing period are generally non-refundable after access is delivered, except where this policy, payment-provider transaction handling, or mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
- Some buyers may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights, including 14-day rights in certain locations. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal after confirmation, but cancellation by itself does not refund amounts already paid.
- Refund requests are reviewed where applicable law requires a refund, where a duplicate or clearly mistaken charge is verified, where there is evidence of a material technical defect, or where Web Plura confirms that it cannot provide the purchased paid service.
- Unsupported hosting, third-party plugin conflicts, customer setup problems, abandoned onboarding, lack of use, wrong purchase, expectation mismatch, or a business decision to stop using the product do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- When a payment-provider-processed payment is approved for refund, the refund is processed back through the payment provider to the same payment method where possible, subject to payment-network, tax, currency, and legal rules.
- The payment provider or payment network may approve, deny, limit, or independently issue a full or partial refund under its buyer terms, fraud controls, chargeback-prevention rules, or legal obligations.
- Chargebacks and bank disputes may pause access to the affected Pro product while the payment record is reviewed.
