Evidence

Send enough information to investigate, but avoid unnecessary sensitive data

Abuse reports should be factual, specific, and limited to the suspected misuse.

  • Provide the affected URL, account email if known, product name, approximate time, source IP or request metadata if available, and a short description of the issue.
  • Include only evidence needed to investigate. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, full customer records, or unrelated personal data.
  • Use the security disclosure route for vulnerabilities and the privacy route for data rights requests.
  • Web Plura may throttle, suspend, disable, preserve evidence, contact providers, or report issues to lawful authorities when abuse or security risk requires it.
