Processing terms for product-scoped cloud workflows

Effective date: May 2, 2026. This addendum summarizes how WPLURA handles customer personal data when providing contracted services, support, and cloud-connected product workflows.

Commitments

How processing is governed

The DPA is meant for customers who need a business review of WPLURA cloud processing, subprocessors, security controls, and privacy responsibilities.

Customer instructions

WPLURA processes customer personal data only for documented service delivery, support, security, legal, and product workflow purposes, unless another lawful basis applies.

Product-scoped processing

Processing differs by product and mode. Local plugin behavior, cloud reports, backup/DR, diagnostics, and Revenue Shield workflows are treated according to their own disclosed scopes.

Security controls

Access controls, tenant isolation, signed plugin communication, durable workflow state, and operational logging are used to protect customer data.

Subprocessors and transfers

Trusted infrastructure, communication, payment, storage, analytics, or support providers may be used where needed and governed by appropriate contractual safeguards.

Customer Role

Customer instructions and configuration matter

  • Provide accurate account, legal entity, product, and site ownership information.
  • Use cloud workflows only for data and sites the customer is authorized to manage.
  • Configure plugin and account settings according to the customer's own privacy, compliance, and retention obligations.
  • Notify WPLURA promptly if support, deletion, legal, or security handling requires special account instructions.
