Operation Guard Documentation

Review local WordPress operations readiness across forms, lead capture, digital products, marketplace signals, site systems, updates, and manual flow contracts.

Scope

Operational problems can hide behind a normal-looking homepage, so setup guidance must explain what the plugin checks locally and what it deliberately does not read or automate.

For: Administrators and agencies preparing launches, maintenance windows, product releases, or client handoffs.

  • Free checks stay local in WordPress options/transients.
  • The plugin does not transmit guard report payloads externally.
  • Flow Contracts are manual local workflow checks, not scheduled cloud automations.

Workflow

Setup and operating notes

Run Local Guard Checks

Open Operation Guard in wp-admin and run the dashboard or targeted sections for forms, leads, digital products, marketplaces, site systems, updates, and flow contracts.

Review Fix First Items

Use local finding priority, redacted evidence, Site Health visibility, CSV exports, and baseline comparison to decide what needs attention before updates or launches.

Keep Automation Separate

Operation Guard reviews readiness signals. It does not read form submission bodies, apply updates, change files, send webhooks, create transactions, or replace backups and monitoring.
