Cancel future subscription renewals without hidden steps
Effective date: June 29, 2026. This policy explains how Web Plura SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled and what happens to Pro/cloud access after cancellation.
Policy
How cancellation works
Web Plura separates cancellation from refund handling. Cancelling prevents future renewal after confirmation, while any refund request follows the separate refund policy.
- Customers can request subscription cancellation from the customer dashboard, the Manage subscription link in Paddle buyer emails where available, or support when dashboard access is unavailable.
- Cancellation stops future renewal for the cancelled subscription after the billing system confirms the change.
- Unless the checkout, order record, or applicable law says otherwise, paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
- If a subscription was processed by Paddle, Paddle may send billing confirmation, tax invoice, cancellation, renewal, refund, or payment-status messages for that transaction.
- If cancellation cannot be completed through self-service, contact support before the next renewal date so the account and Paddle subscription record can be matched.

- Cancellation stops future renewal after confirmation; refund requests are reviewed under the separate Refund Policy.
- Access after cancellation
- Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout, order record, account status, or law says otherwise.
